Process/production is related with all activities that we make inside in our business to give a good service for our customers. There are five basic functions that we use to achieve our goals in process/production field.
Process
In Process, we must know what kind of technology, raw materials we are going to use to produce our tea.
In technology field, we will use internet to make advertising and people will know what we offer, what kind of sales do we have, which is our product of month.
In raw materials, to prepare our two kind of tea we need:
Our suppliers are Global Gourmet they provide us the Tapioca. Supermarkets like Makro, we’re going to buy milk, fags, glasses, all fruits are going to be buy in “plaza de Mercado” and the suppliers of the tea is The Tea House.
Something important is where we going to be located in centro comercial las americas because is a good place to attract more customers, let us know more and provide our customers a good service.

In capacity we took decisions about planning of staff, how we are going to organize the baristas and how the que of customers will be organize.
Our employees will be working from 8:30h to 19h to provide a better service to our customers.The baristas know their function and what to manage all products and the machinery to prepare the tea.

We have two baristas they are in charge of the serve to customers, the manager is in charge of all administration field. The supervisor is always looking if the baristas are making their job properly and always looking for a faultless work. They work together for the best, to be better.

To be assure that our quality standards are good we must be sure that all raw materials are good. Its important that our suppliers are reliable and always see the expiration date (if is the case), see how long the natural products are getting older. On the other hand, there is the maintenance of all equipment. Also is important what do our customers think about us, for that, we will use a suggestion box and see in which aspects we are good, which one to improve, and if our prices are good to the product.
