Mision and Vision 

Mission 

The mission statement is very vital for an organization because it serves as a guideline for all de company’s decision making. Furthermore it defines what an organization is, why does it exist, and the reason for being.  Mission statements are essential because it allows the organization to differentiate itself form competitors

 

According to Crans, Gaich, and Hisscock (2009), “For the truly committed, the mission statement becomes a mantra that is imprinted on his or her heart, against which every possible course of action is weighed and measured. It becomes the litmus test for future actions”

 

Besides all of these the mission statement helps verify if the organization is on the right track and making the right decisions (Strategic Planning).  

To connect two cultures with a delicious Taiwanese tea with high quality, letting our customers have a good experience and a new fun way to drink tea. 

Why we used them:

 

1. Customers: could be anybody that want to live a good expirience, they are important for our company because they help us to make possible our comapny success.

 

2. Product or service: our main product is a Taiwanese tea, and customers and employeees must know what is about our company.

 

6. Philosophy: to create a good expirience to drink tea, use high quality products, act in good and honestly way 

 

7. Self-concept: we have a distinctive that we are working with high quality products and make good a new expiriences for customers.

 

 

 

Why we didn't use them:

 

3. markets: we are locatated in Bogota Colombia as our first branch, we compete with two companys that use the same tea as a direct competition. Is important for our customers where we located, we do not say it on mission but we say it in vission.

 

4. Technology: we use technology of food process and also social network. Also, is not an important statemnet to use it on our mission because is not our priority.

 

5. Concern for survival, growth and profitability: we do not show this in our mission, but we are concern that we want to grow as a company, financial field and as a good competitors. 

 

8. Concern for public image: we are concern about enviromental concerns because we use an organic product that is tea, we care for social and community concerns because we sell a healthy veberage and want to create a good tie between two cultrures, but we do not use it in mission because we prefer to be recognized as a good competitor, as a good company, and because we give a good service 

 

9. Concern for employees: we do not use it on our mission but we know that a good treatment for our employees will create a good motiviation for them.

Vision 

The vision statement gives and answer to the question “What do we want to become?” Creating a clear and effective vision delivers many benefits to businesses.  A vision is an idealized picture of the future of the company making it, one of the most important items for strategic planning. 

To be a Colombian leader in trends of Taiwanese tea and stablish more branches in the main cities around Colombia.

Why we used them:

 

3. markets: we are locatated in Bogota Colombia as our first branch, we compete with two companys that use the same tea as a direct competition. Is important for our customers where we located

 

2. Product or service: we use Taiwanese Tea as a product, to make it very popular and create a good habit of drink tea.

 

5. Concern for survival, growth and profitability: we show this in our vision, because we want to grow as a company, financial field and as a good competitors. 

 

7. Self-concept: we have a distinctive that we are working with high quality products and make good a new expiriences for customers.

 

 

 

Why we didn't use them:

 

1. Customers: we used this component because our customores are who make us our image, but did not use in vision because we want to notice what we want to be

 

6. Philosophy: we use our pilosophy in mission statment. 

 

 

4. Technology:  is not an important statemnet to use it on our vision because our business is base on the good expirience of drink a new kinf of tea in Colombia

 

 

8.
